Suicide Bombings in Baghdad Kill 22 Policemen

Iraqi officials say at least 22 policemen and several civilians were killed in three suicide bombings in Baghdad Thursday.
They say two bombers struck within minutes of each other, killing at least seven policemen in a southern Dura district of the capital.
Just hours earlier, at least 15 policemen and five civilians were killed in a suicide car bombing in the same district.
The attacks follow Wednesday's carnage in the Iraqi capital, where more than 150 people were killed in a string of insurgent attacks, including several suicide car bombings.
Al-Qaida in Iraq, led by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, claimed responsibility for the carnage, saying it was in response to the offensive mounted by U.S. and Iraqi forces in the town of Tal Afar.
In an audiotape posted on an Islamist web site, a speaker identified as Zarqawi, also declared "all-out war" on Shi'ite Muslims in Iraq.
